This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong lettings or estate agency experience who’s ready to lead from the front, inspire a team, and contribute to the continued success and growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:Support the Branch Manager in the overall management of the office and team performanceOversee daily lettings operations and ensure service excellence across the boardConduct property valuations, viewings, and landlord consultations when requiredDrive business development initiatives and help grow the managed property portfolioMotivate and mentor team members to meet individual and branch-wide targetsEnsure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and proceduresMaintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and local partnersAssist with recruitment, training, and development of staff as neededStep in to lead the branch in the absence of the Branch ManagerRequirements:Minimum 2 years’ experience in lettings, property management, or estate agencyPrevious team leadership or senior negotiator experience is highly desirableStrong understanding of the Cardiff property marketFull, clean UK driving licenceSkills & Attributes:Confident leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organised and capable of managing a busy, fast-paced environmentStrong knowledge of lettings legislation and property compliancePositive, collaborative, and professional attitudeApply today or call the office on 029 20 220 776
