What this job involves

Review, validate, and manage as‑built BIM models for FM handover, ensuring alignment with actual site conditions and final installations

Maintain and update FM‑ready BIM models during the Defect Liability Period and early operations

Prepare, update, and control issue drawings, record drawings, and operational layouts based on site records and as‑built submissions

Coordinate with site teams, consultants, and contractors to resolve discrepancies between drawings, models, and site conditions

Verify asset information against AIR/EIR and FM requirements

Support asset data extraction for integration with FM / CMMS systems

Conduct data quality and completeness checks prior to final handover

Manage BIM and drawing deliverables within the Common Data Environment (CDE) with proper version control

Support client and FM teams during BIM‑to‑FM handover, including clarification sessions and data verification workshops

Contribute to the improvement of FM BIM standards, templates, and issue drawing workflows

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

Desired experience and technical skills

Required

Higher Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or a related field

Minimum 3 years of BIM coordination experience, preferably on technical or commercial projects, with exposure to as-built modeling and FM handover

Proficient in Revit & Navisworks, with hands-on experience using a Common Data Environment (CDE) such as ACC or BIM 360

Familiar with asset data, AIR / EIR, and FM / CMMS Systems - able to validate and prepare data for facility management use

Detail-oriented and collaborative - able to verify models against site conditions and work effectively with contractors, consultants and FM Teams
