This attorney is expected to serve as a legal advisor to multi-jurisdictional auto theft task forces and proactively work with law enforcement and other prosecutors across Colorado as these cases are identified and comprehensively investigated, including using the Statewide Grand Jury to further the investigations. In addition to litigation skills, effective and ongoing communication with local prosecutors and local law enforcement is essential.
