Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities:
Create guest itineraries, coordinate travel, arrival, and parking details, and answer any questions from time of booking until post showGreet guests on show days, act as point of contact for any questions, and ensure they get to and from wardrobe, stage, etc.Aid AP in pitching, booking, and briefing for show segmentsNumber and link necessary elements in the script and coordinate and communicate anything outstanding, changed, or needing adjustment with the necessary partiesCompile a list of audience guests and seat them on show daysDistribute proper security badges to guests and ensure all necessary paperwork is completedTake detailed notes during calls, briefings, and interviews, at producers discretionAssist Producer and delegate to Production Assistants as necessaryTrack airdate information for guestsQualificationsQualifications:
Minimum 1 year of professional TV Production experience requiredBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experienceProficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, all mainstream social media platformsEligibility Requirements:
