It also includes ensuring proper maintenance of the facility, conducting training and development for clinical staff, handling grievance redressal, and managing medical records efficiently.
Job Description:
Manpower Management:
Responsible for deployment of manpower as per the scheduled shifts.To assist HR team in recruiting the technical staff and trainingTo maintain manpower planning activities such as Attendance, Leaves, Employee Grievances etc.Machine Maintenance:
To work with BME team to ensure the uptime of the Dialysis Machine, RO plant, any other medical equipmentTo monitor the quality aspects of RO water also to ensure all the water quality parameters are met the Standards.Material Management:
To maintain right inventory levels at unit level, analyzing consumption pattern, assets management.Ensuring Stock is properly maintained, properly utilized as per the Ideal consumptionCoordinate with the Purchase department regarding any shortfall in stock and do the local purchase when requiredPatient Care:
Responsible for Service delivery for Patient care, patient scheduling, resolving patient grievances etc.Responsible for patient retention at unit levelProper hygiene is maintained at center to prevent infections.Medical Documentation:
Maintenance of medical records like (HD Sheet, RO Log book, Machine disinfection log book, Consent Form, Patient Viral Marker etc).Other Operational Functions and P&L:
Handling Projects and setting up of new centers.Collections from Units in coordination with Finance department as per the credit term.Take corrective action and follow-up to reduce/maintain the cost of operationWork towards to achieve the budgeted numbers100% adherence to company reporting toolsCost optimization: Proper utilization of Consumable per treatment, Electricity, water, proper Management of patient and staff roster, repair and maintenance cost, local purchase, petty cash and etc.Generation of Management Information reports viz. (Consumable reports, Daily revenue reports, patient data Etc...).Adherence - Company Policies:
