**Your responsibility:**
+ 与平台建立并保持良好客情关系,获取平台的最大资源;
+ 根据公司下达的年度、月度销售(Sell IN/OUT)目标,分解到产品以及型号并制定相应的市场活动计划,推进和确保销售目标的完成;
+ 渠道经销商的管理,包含进销存管理,日常运营管理 渠道销售费用的管理,负责实现目标的前提下,合规的使用及调配费用预算;
+ 系统分析和报告销售结果、预期、市场、竞争和趋势,提出改进建议
**You’re the right fit if**
+ 大学本科及以上,良好中英文读写及沟通能力;
+ 熟悉电商环境,了解平台运营规则、营销及推广手段;
+ 3年以上经销商管理经验,具有数据分析整合能力;
+ 良好的沟通能力,良好的团队合作意识、强烈的责任心和积极主动的工作态度
