About the position:

The Assistant Administrator is responsible for all functions of the agency, including business development, financial management, strategic oversight, employee well-being and quality assurance. This role identifies home health needs, resources and ensures the organization is in compliance with the rules and laws of regulatory agencies and that company policies and procedures are being followed.

Qualifications:

Licensed Physician, Registered Nurse or undergraduate degree preferred. Training/experience in health service administration preferred. At least 1-year supervisory administrative experience in home health care or a related health care program preferred. Knowledge of home health rules and regulations and familiarity with health care laws, regulations, and standards, Excellent program management skills to continually ensure compliance. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Reliable transportation and ability to travel.
