Summary:
Provides essential administrative and technical support to departmental leaders and clinical teams within the OBGYN Department. Ensures efficient patient flow and supports daily operations through a combination of front-desk responsibilities and behind-the-scenes coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel for department leaders.
Schedule patient appointments and collect accurate demographic and financial information.
Process invoices, validate charges, and collect payments.
Handle incoming calls and direct patients and visitors appropriately.
Address basic administrative and technical issues with minimal supervision.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions.
