**Assistant administratif senior** L'assistant administratif senior est chargé d'apporter son soutien à l'équipe des services d'information commerciale. **Responsabilités :** + Saisir les nouveaux clients dans le système de production interne en suivant les procédures appropriées. + Créditer et refacturer les factures sur demande et après approbation requise. + Soumettre les enregistrements de factures tout au long de la période (mois en cours). + Fournir les factures en fonction de la demande du client (c'est-à-dire avec le travail, l'e-mail, etc.). + Soumettre les factures via les portails internes spécifiques des clients pour paiement + Fournir des sauvegardes pour les travaux actuels ou passés en fonction des demandes des clients + Saisir les factures de tiers via le système interne de comptabilité fournisseurs + Valider les factures des fournisseurs avec les bons de commande et faire correspondre les bordereaux d'expédition aux factures des fournisseurs + Numériser les factures terminées et les soumettre à l'administration BIS + Vérifier les éléments de travail sur le formulaire de suivi PTS. + Vérifier que les formulaires de suivi des projets de numérisation ont été remplis. + Vérifier que le rapport trimestriel sur les véhicules a été rempli et soumis. + Autres tâches assignées par le responsable. **Qualifications** : + Expérience équivalente à un diplôme de l'enseignement supérieur. + Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans le domaine. **Connaissances et compétences :** + Bonnes compétences en communication orale et écrite. + Maîtrise des applications Microsoft Office. + Capacité à travailler en équipe en entretenant des relations positives et productives avec les autres membres de l'équipe et les autres services **Senior Administrative Assistant** The Senior Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing support to the Business Information Services team. **Responsibilities:** + Entering new clients into internal production system following proper procedures + Credit and Rebilling of invoices upon request and required approval + Submitting invoice postings throughout the period (current month) + Providing invoices based on customer’s request (ie. with job, e-mail, etc.) + Submitting invoices through specific customer’s internal portals for payment + Providing back-up for current or past jobs based on customer’s requests + Entering third-party invoices through internal payable system + Validating vendor invoices with PO and matching packing slips to vendor invoices + Scanning completed invoices and submitting to BIS admin + Checking job items on PTS tracking form. + Verifying completion of scan project tracking forms + Verifying completion and submission of quarterly vehicle report + Other duties as assigned by manager **Qualifications:** + Post-Secondary Education equivalent experience + Minimum of 2 years related experience **Knowledge & Skills:** + Effective verbal and written communication skills + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications + Ability to work in a team environment by maintaining positive and productive relationships with team and other departments Come Create at Ricoh: If you are seeking a team driven by passion and purpose, come create with us at Ricoh.
