Hang Seng's Retail Distribution focuses on personal wealth management and financial services. Our one-stop wealth management initiatives are designed for both our affluent and mass integrated account customers. With more than 255 branches and service outlets, including around 50 Prestige Banking Centres for our high-end personal customers, we serve over half of the adult population, offering an extensive range of products.

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our branch network as Assistant Acquisition Sales Management Manager.Principal responsibilitiesAssist the Team Head to drive the wealth general banking sales business at designated branches by providing sales management and planning supportDeliver administrative support on the team management for the team headsCoordinate internal counterparties to assure smooth operations of the frontline teamManage record keeping of compliance and training related recordsProvide analysis of the key issues in sales risk performance to the team headAssist the Team head to assure the delivery of customer-centric services by frontline staffOwn ad hoc tasks assigned by the Department head and the Team head to accomplish business /strategic goals.
