As part of the Global Record to Report team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate processing of financial control, accounting, and reporting activities in line with company policies, performance targets, and quality standards. Working closely with colleagues across departments and key stakeholders, you will play a crucial role in supporting the financial reporting process and ensuring information is delivered to the highest standard. This is a role that goes beyond day-to-day accounting. You will also be a driver of continuous improvement, bringing a proactive approach to process efficiencies and standardisation. By applying Visual Management methodology and tools, you will help embed best practices and contribute to building a culture of operational excellence within the team. **Qualifications & Experience** + Experience working in a shared services role preferably within a similar operating model and size of organisation. + Part qualified and studying ACA, ACCA or CIMA 2 years+ experience in a finance role. + Experience of month end close process. + Preferred experience of process improvements and standardising finance processes. + Evidence of building and maintaining strong relationships with key business stakeholders. + Proactive individual with experience working in a flexible and changing environment. **Benefits** We’re growing fast and alongside a fun and friendly environment, we offer a fabulous package and amazing prospects – ideal if you’re already fantastic and want to become even better (our magic can help here).
