**Overview of the Job:** Work closely with GC Jordan Merch team to drive product excellence & curate consumer-right assortment for GC Marketplace (Store & Digital). Key responsibility covers system maintains, sample management, data analysis, content support on seasonal meetings. **Job Responsibility:** + Future line plan: Build Merchandising fundamental - Ensure on time, consistent, accurate delivery of Merchandising Information YOY product comparison tool Sample order & check System maintain (MMX/MPM) Seasonal meeting support (CMP/SSR/PSP/SPA) + In Season Management: Chase business performance, and quickly translate to right consumer insights Weekly ST report data preparation Consumer feedback collection on product & new trend (X team cooperation) Have a good sense on consumer insights/market trend and proactively explore new business opportunities. **Functional Skill Required** + Bachelor’s degree or above + Great communication and good English/Mandarin + Excellent at Excel + Merchandising, buying, or integrated retail experience (minimum 1~2 years) + Sport lover with passion (Basketball, training or Golf will be a plus) **Soft Skill Required** + Problem solving, Be open minded and curious, Demonstrate Brand Passion.
