Assist in planning, organising , prepare the product materials and managing projects including launch events, expo and training sessions.Monitor and report progress of projects in order to ensure smooth and in-time deliveryConduct procurement activities and exercise due diligence for project-related items, such as events, vendors, and business partnershipsDeliver brief presentations when needed

Education & Qualification

University graduate or above in any disciplines with preferably compliance or project management related experience .1 year experience or aboveStrong time management, teamwork and interpersonal skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detailResponsible, dedicated and able to work in fast-paced environmentGood command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (including both Cantonese and Mandarin)Proficient in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
