Job Responsibilities:


1. Manage supervisor and mechanics in Infrastructure projects to come out with highest quality/safety/reliability products to meet customer satisfaction

2.Maintain and collect daily log and service report from technicians and gather information on faulty products and systems for necessary action. Analysis raw data to come out the action/mitigation plan.

3.Prepare all reports regarding service department, ensure reports to error free and submit it to service operation manager as per company policy.

4.Ensure compliance to all service center staff regulations to ensure effective working of company.

5.Administer and perform all activities in line with company procedures regarding service department.

6.Assist all team members to follow established dress code, maintain punctuality and cleanliness as per company directives in service facility.

7.Manage facility to achieve target revenue generation by maintaining service department efficiently.

8.Monitor all service enquiries and procedures to ensure completion of all clients’ requirements.

11.Administer check lists, service requests, contracts, instructions, warrantees and schedules to ensure service personnel comply with established service procedures.

12.Leading in NOE (Non Otis Equipment) products. Sourcing ordering from local/ oversea. Managing NOE products in entire portfolio.  Also coordinate with oversea for NOE coordination.

13. Provide training to employees for NOE knowledge to ensure the filed employees have sufficient knowledge.

Job Requirements:

1. University graduate in business, Engineering (electrical or mechanical) or equivalent

2. At least 5 years and above experience in managerial level in elevator and escalator business

3. High motivational and leadership skills

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills required

5. Good command of English competency
