About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assets Coordinator to join our Facilities team. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or has up to 2 years of relevant experience—preferably in a BPO or contact center setting or any dynamic industry . This role requires strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments including IT, Facilities, HR, and Administration to ensure smooth asset tracking, distribution, and documentation.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assets Coordinator to join our Facilities team. The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or has up to 2 years of relevant experience—preferably in a BPO or contact center setting or any dynamic industry . This role requires strong English communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments including IT, Facilities, HR, and Administration to ensure smooth asset tracking, distribution, and documentation.

Primary Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

· Maintain and update the asset inventory system across all departments.

· Coordinate the assignment, tracking, and return of company assets (e.g., laptops, headsets, monitors).

· Work closely with IT, Facilities, HR, and Admin to support onboarding, offboarding, and asset movement.

· Conduct regular audits and checks to ensure asset availability, tagging, and condition.

· Prepare reports and documentation for internal use and audits.

· Ensure all assets are properly logged, and discrepancies are addressed in a timely manner.

· Assist in logistics related to new hires and site expansions.

· Support in asset procurement requests and vendor coordination, if needed.

 

 

What We’re Looking For

· Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience in admin, asset coordination, or a related role.

· Experience in the BPO/contact center industry is a plus.

· Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

· Basic understanding of inventory systems, asset tagging, and documentation practices.

· Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook).

· Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.

· Collaborative team player with the ability to communicate effectively across departments.
