GS Private Credit is a dynamic platform with significant cross-pollination across strategies – investment grade, direct lending (middle market and large cap performing credit), opportunistic and structured investments across debt and equity.
GSAM Private Credit is seeking a highly driven individual to join the Strategic Capital Management team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Play a key role in driving global initiatives to streamline currently in-place process and/or to support business developmentCollaborate with technology and engineering teams to enhance workflowsParticipate in business strategy planningReview and opine on transaction deal flow for strategic capital allocation and manage pipeline tracking for fund investments Coordinate investment offering correspondence between external clients and internal stakeholders including product specialists, legal, and compliance Produce and distribute presentation materials to provide analysis for business-critical decisions to senior leadershipManage various recurring reporting for senior leadership and internal GS stakeholdersCollaborate with product specialists to onboard new investment vehicles including comingled funds, separately managed accounts, and Funds of one to determine capital allocation and portfolio construction parameters for investorsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS
