Goldman Sachs Ayco (Ayco) partners with Fortune 1000 companies to design and implement tailored financial planning programs for their workforce-leveraging the 50-year heritage of Ayco and the comprehensive resources of Goldman Sachs to meet the evolving needs of their employees. Ayco advisors and technical specialists help clients achieve their personal financial goals through education and guided implementation across seven key financial disciplines, including employee benefit planning.
HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL
As part of the Training & Development team, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of of Ayco's training material throughout the firm.
Train new and existing, planners and advisors, in all financial planning pillars, sometimes independently and sometimes in conjunction with advisors or internal SMEsUtilize interactive teaching methods, such as case studies, group discussions, simulations, and technology tools to make training sessions engaging and impactfulDesign and/or help develop training programsDesign, create, and regularly review training materials/case studies/job aids/references that will aid in learningBecome a subject matter expert in various technical areas related to Ayco’s business, services and productsAssist with the overall maintenance of Ayco’s learning management system, including evaluating and implementing additional features/enhancementsCreate and maintain e-learning training content for Ayco’s financial counseling businesses, includes other internal groups as needed Act as a technical resource for associates, as neededWork closely with Content Specialists, PMs, and others in a collaborative team environmentSupport the Training and Development team with other initiatives as requestedAssociate must understand and adhere to all policies and procedures including, but not limited to, quality, client service, information security, and compliance
Skills and Experience We're Looking For

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this Albany, New York, United States-based position is $60000-$100000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
