Job Description
Developing and driving programs and initiatives to strengthen client relationships and enhance strategic client experiences.
Creating and executing marketing campaigns and events, identifying opportunities to strengthen the AWMS brand in the marketplace.
Conducting research and analysis, including industry research, account performance, company profiling, monitoring competitor information, and identifying industry trends to support client development activities.
Advocating recommendations based on an understanding of the business, wins, and pipeline.
Providing support on proposals and other business development initiatives as required.
Assisting with business planning and management reporting.
About You
At least 6 years of relevant experience in a business development role.
Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or a relevant field.
Experience in key account management and client development.
Extensive network of alternative fund managers, family offices, or ultra-high-net-worth individuals within Singapore or the broader APAC region.
Outstanding skills in communication, presentation, and relationship development.
Demonstrated success in business development or in supporting business development initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of diverse fund structures is highly beneficial.
Strong competence in managing lengthy sales cycles and cultivating high-quality relationships with potential clients and industry colleagues.
Entrepreneurial attitude, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding environment.
Collaborative team member with excellent skills in working across various teams and functions, adept at forging trusted relationships with both external and internal stakeholders.
Good business acumen with a growth mindset.
Ability to manage multiple projects to ensure deliverables are met within timelines.
Experience in a professional service and/or network firm would be advantageous.
