Job Description:
As an Asset Specialist you will be managing a portfolio of suppliers and parts from end to end. Handling relationships with suppliers, managing purchase orders, and obtaining the best prices for customers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Evaluate both Arrow generated and customer supplied forecast uploads and manage the exceptions generated from the forecast processingReview parameters and make recommendations/changes to ensure achievement of company inventory turns goalsManage inventory using Arrow systems to assure best forecast inputManage parts and engagements to assure both adequate supply and maximum turnsManage excess inventory including concentration on slow moving and/or sludgeWork with sales team on developing strategies to successfully win customer quotesImplement strategic supplier focused programs and provide updates to the sales team Strategically drive profitability through constant communication with external suppliers and sales teams through inventory managementStrong knowledge of market conditions in order to create a competitive advantageParticipate in price negotiations with customers and suppliers to win new and defend existing businessWhat We Are Looking For:

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$80,100.00 - $85,800.00Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
