Job Description

DB&T is a leading organization focused on delivering comprehensive IT asset management services across UK&I and the Northern European Zone.

We are seeking a skilled Asset Specialist to lead and deliver comprehensive IT asset management services. The role focuses on ensuring optimal lifecycle management of hardware and software assets while driving process improvements and maintaining robust financial control.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage software and hardware asset lifecycleProcess and monitor purchase ordersNegotiate with key suppliers Cross-reference invoices and maintain financial recordsIdentify technical requirements and update relevant teamsCoordinate with procurement for asset acquisitionManage SAP processes for asset trackingMonitor and optimize asset utilization

Qualifications

Qualifications & Requirements:

ITIL Foundation certificationExperience in IT asset managementSAP knowledge requiredStrong financial acumen for PO processing and invoice reconciliationProcurement and vendor management experienceTechnical understanding of IT infrastructureStrong negotiation and communication skillsAbility to work with directors and cross-functional teamsFluent in Dutch, French, and English
