Asset Reliability Manager

Make It With Pride.** Your goal will be to ensure that the site manufacturing & support activities, without interruption, without any facilities shortages and/or any issues thereof. You will achieve 100% compliance to Local legal regulations, Quality, Health Safety & Environment management systems and standards. You are responsible for the management and maintenance of site facilities, buildings and equipment(s) (hardware & software). **How you will contribute** You will: + Responsible for interdependent introduction of uniform management structures, leading and coaching of the entire maintenance organization (maintenance & repair) at site level, including strategic and operational responsibility for the SME areas mechanic, electrical engineering, automation-engineering, and utility. + Works cross functionally with internal & external key stakeholders and service providers to define, meet and improve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability and Engagement goals of his department. Is therefore a key contributor to deliver company objectives. + Lead, develop and be accountable for RCM (Reliability centric maintenance), CBM (Condition based maintenance) and TBM (Time based maintenance) Programs as well as Building Maintenance Programs. + Leader of Progressive Maintenance Pillar (PM) at the site as part of the integrated Lean Six Sigma journey and Deputy PM Pillar Lead in the DACH cluster. + Accountable for YoY productivity deliverables on non-payroll and payroll budgets in his/her area. Leads annual budgeting process, monitors it’s cost centers monthly and initiates corrective measures in the event of deviations with his team. + Ensuring compliance with the relevant Mondelez QPs and Mondelez work & safety regulations applicable in his area in accordance with ISO, FSSC and Swiss law. **What you will bring** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge: + Bachelor's/Master degree or equivalent in electrical or mechanical engineering (strong preference: with an ESTI-recognized license as per NIV). + 5-8 years of professional experience in preventive / predictive maintenance + Experience in leading interdisciplinary teams in an international and dynamic environment in the FMCG industry + Goal-oriented, responsible way of working and strong communication skills + Reliable, innovative, honest, independent, flexible and resilient team player + Proven experience in Integrated Leand Six Sigma or Total Productive Maintenance + German (C1), English (B2) any other language is an advantage + Very good user knowledge of Office 365 applications, SAP skills is a plus **Relocation Support Available?** Country to country Relocation support available through our Global Mobility Policies **Business Unit Summary** **We value our talented employees, and whenever possible strive to help one of our associates grow professionally before recruiting new talent to our open positions.
