Requirements + Active Security License: Must hold a current and valid Security Officer License registered with the State of Texas. + Experience: At least one of the following backgrounds is required: + Military service (active duty or veteran) + Retail loss prevention or asset protection + Corrections or law enforcement-related role + Work Ethic & Reliability: Strong commitment to professionalism, dependability, and accountability. + Communication Skills: Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with team members, clients, and the public both verbally and in writing. + Situational Awareness: Strong observational skills, with the ability to detect and respond quickly to potential security or safety concerns. + Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods, patrol designated areas, and respond to emergencies as needed. + Compliance: Must adhere to company policies, state licensing requirements, and site-specific post orders at all times. + Technology Use: Comfortable with using reporting systems, mobile apps, and communication devices (e.g., radios, phones, tablets).
