Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in IT asset management or related IT operations roles Strong knowledge of hardware and software asset lifecycle, inventory control, and licensing Hands-on experience with ITAM tools and integrations with ITSM platforms Familiarity with ITIL framework, especially SACM (Service Asset and Configuration Management) Understanding of procurement processes, vendor contracts, and license models (e.g., Microsoft, Adobe, VMware)
