Asset Management - Sales Manager - Vice President

Job Summary 

We are looking for a Sales Desk Manager for our Institutional Advisor Channel (IA) that will work with our team of Internal Client Advisors (ICAs) that focus their efforts on Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs) and Bank & Trust clients.  We are looking for a strategic, consultative, sales-minded individual who enjoys coaching and developing sales professionals.  The role will be located in our New York City headquarters.  

Job Responsibilities 

Hire, train, and lead a team of Internal Client Advisors (ICAs) located in New York City.  Coach your team to leverage various business partners across JPM which include: Defined Contribution Specialists, Models Specialists, Alternative Specialists, Market Strategists and Portfolio Insights SpecialistsMentor your ICAs on how to best partner with their Client Advisors (CAs)Work closely with the Sales Management Team to develop and execute strategic initiatives with our clientsDrive continued adoption of innovative technological tools that enhance your team’s ability to have meaningful client conversationsAct as a liaison to national sales management, Global Strategic Relationships, Marketing, Product Strategy and Business Intelligence by communicating information that will optimize our overall business modelHave fun!  This is a role for someone who enjoys coaching, mentoring and developing an amazing group of talented individuals

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills 

4+ years of relevant sales or management experience in the financial industryAbility to develop a team through leadership, mentorship, expert coaching and sales acumenDeep understanding of and ability to teach capital markets and consultative salesSeries 24, 7 and 63 required Bachelor’s degree required
