As the Asset Management Risk Business Manager (APAC) within the Asset Management Risk Management team, you are at the center of keeping JPMorgan Chase strong and resilient. You help the firm grow its business in a responsible way by anticipating new and emerging risks, and using your expert judgement to solve real-world challenges that impact our company, customers, and communities. Job responsibilities

Coordinate and/ or prepare materials for monthly Management Committee meetings, as well, quarterly Board meetingsOwn the overall governance process and annual review of the legal entity specific Risk Management policies and processesAssist with completing reports for the Risk Management function for the JPM Asset Management APAC legal entities. Drive execution of periodic regulatory submissions, such as the yearly liquidity analysis for the and other reporting requirements for regulatorsLead coordination and review of Inter-affiliate Service Agreements, and documented initial and periodic due diligence alongside ongoing monitoring processesMaintain schedules of critical regulatory activities and deadlines for the AM APAC Risk teamAssist with ad-hoc projects and analyses as requested by senior management

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related fieldProfessional qualifications from reputable training institutes or professional bodies in Hong Kong are recognizedProven experience delivering high-quality presentations and reportsStrong attention to detail and commitment to design excellenceExcellent communication, organization, and project management skillsAbility to demonstrate thoughtful rationale in decision-makingIntermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)Self-motivated and able to work independentlyStrong written and oral communication skillsEffective time management and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Experience in asset management or wealth managementFamiliarity with regulatory requirements in Hong Kong financial servicesExperience coordinating regulatory submissions and governance processesAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsExperience supporting senior management and C-level stakeholdersKnowledge of risk management frameworks and best practicesEnhanced Competency Framework certifications are preferred
