As a Product Owner in the AM operations team, you will be focused on Sigma product adoption and responsible for product delivery along with integration across various systems and tools.

 

Job responsibilities:

Design and deliver Sigma exception management and oversight solutions for stakeholders.Build and maintain the book of work for aligned stakeholders, prioritizing initiatives and tracking progress.Review stakeholder processes in partnership with aligned teams and propose automation solutions.Communicate effectively with project team members and sponsors throughout the lifecycle, providing status updates, gaps/risks, roadblocks, and testing outcomes.Apply critical thinking and perform advanced analytics to solve complex, multi‑faceted business problems.Contribute new ideas and perspectives to foster a continuous learning mindset across the organization.Build reusable capabilities by identifying needs, using creative design to solve problems, and educating and training team members.

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

Graduate or postgraduate in any discipline

5+ years’ experience in conducting advanced data analysis, working with large data sets and crunching numbersAbility to build relationships and leverage subject matter expertise to driving conversations and/or influence decisions/direction with Business and Technology areasProven experience leveraging job automation applications and environments Strong PowerPoint and Data Visualization skills - we will require you to demonstrate proven experienceIn touch with the latest financial technologies and willingness to constantly upgrade skillsUnderstanding and experience of AI /ML tools.

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

Working knowledge of Python, API Connectivity.Good Product ManagementWorking knowledge of Spectrum / Alteryx / Tableau / SQL / Understanding of programming languages. / PMP
