Team Introduction We are responsible for defining and deploying standards and best practices for managing industrial assets across the company. This includes processes and systems, developing team competencies, and monitoring emerging trends in technology to identify innovations that can enhance our framework. Our expertise focus on reliability excellence (during the design phase and across the life of the asset), work management, engineering stores management, and people development. We collaborate closely with sites, ensure effective change management, and act as a bridge between local and global teams. Our mission is to contribute to making the company’s assets reliable, maintainable, and fully utilized to their maximum potential, while fostering reliability and maintenance expertise within our teams. We oversee compliance and performance and deliver standardized reports and insights to sites and manufacturing group to simplify day to day operations. Position Summary Are you passionate about driving improvements and ensuring asset management excellence? As Asset Management Lead you plays a pivotal role in implementing sustainable asset management practices across GSK global supply chain to optimize asset life cycles. You spearhead initiatives to optimize asset performance, enhance operational reliability, uplift engineering capabilities, and foster collaboration through communities of practice. You delivers strong project management leadership, ensuring timely delivery of strategic initiatives that align with GSK’s. Responsibilities - Evaluate asset management practices to identify gaps and opportunities. Develop improvement roadmaps. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to align strategies with company goals.. - Integrate operational standards into asset design to maximize value. Deploy reliability methods (e;g.: RBI, RCM) to optimize maintenance strategies Act as a subject-matter expert, supporting inspections. Drive/Support OEE transformation initiatives. - Lead asset governance and ensure EHS and quality compliance. Collaborate with teams to maintain audit readiness and regulatory adherence. - Build capabilities in charge of improving asset reliability. Lead technical communities, foster collaboration, and support talent management and succession planning. - Act as the central contact for site engineering teams and stakeholders. Strengthen relationships to align objectives and eliminate inefficiencies using GSK production systems. - Conceptualize digital solutions and improve reporting tools to meet business needs. Navigate SAP PM/EAM platforms, leverage cloud-based systems, and analyze trends using SQL databases to monitor asset performance and compliance.. Qualifications/Skills Basic: - Bachelor’s degree in engineering, data analytics, or a related field. - Experience in maintenance systems, data analysis, or reporting within a manufacturing environment. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets. - Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and reporting platforms. - Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly and effectively. - Exceptional networking, influencing, analytical thinking, and communication abilities to drive collaboration and deliver measurable results in global programs. Preferred: - Engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or Chemical Engineering. - Experience in a regulated industry, such as pharmaceuticals or healthcare. - Asset Management Expertise: 10+ years specializing in engineering efficiency deploying Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and continuous improvement methodologies. - Demonstrated Data engineering experience with enterprise-level data systems (e.g., SAP, IoT platforms). - Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma. - Proven ability to manage projects and collaborate across teams, work with C-level stakeholders. Work Location This role is based in the United Kingdom or Belgium and follows a hybrid working model, combining remote work with on-site collaboration.
