Client Advisor Role Summary
As the Client Advisor within the Korea Institutional Business team based in Seoul, you will actively engage with established clients and look for new and innovative ways to build our client book. Using our market-leading technology and CRM system, you will create detailed client contact that helps our Sales and Investment teams identify new opportunities and bring cutting-edge solutions to our clients. Job responsibilities:
Cultivate new business opportunities by deeply understanding the diverse needs of Korean investors, while maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients.Provide expert advice on a diverse range of alternative investment strategies, including private equity, private credit, hedge funds, and real assets.Collaborate with internal teams to create customized investment solutions tailored to client needs.Demonstrate a commitment to team goals by working closely with internal parties such as the Sales Team, Product Teams, Operations, Risk, Legal, and others to coordinate seamless service and sales activities with clients.Conduct regular portfolio reviews and performance analyses to ensure alignment with client objectives.Stay informed about market trends and developments in the Alternatives sector to provide timely and relevant insights to clients.Participate in client meetings, presentations, and industry events to represent JPMorgan Asset Management effectively.Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies, with particular attention to cross-border activities.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.Minimum of 8 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on alternative investments.Strong understanding of alternative investment strategies and products.Proven track record of building and managing relationships with a diverse range of clients, such as institutional investors and private banking and wealth management clients.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in English required.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
CAIA or CFA certification.
