Job Description Job Description Position Overview: The Asset Management Intern will work largely on project-based assignment supporting our Asset Management function at the company across the U.S. retail platform working across 100+ regional mall properties. Responsibilities: + Lead a summer long project consisting of reconciling corporate accounts for a specified portfolio of properties + Assist Asset Management team with the preparation of materials for internal key stakeholders in our Legal, Accounting and Property Management teams. + Assist with account analysis, reconciliations and reporting of tenant and/or property accounts + Other duties as assigned Qualifications: + High school diploma or GED required + Currently enrolled in College or University with graduation between Dec 2026 & May 2027 focusing in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Real Estate + Self-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development + Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines + Excellent interpersonal, creative, analytical and problem-solving ability + Strong written and verbal communication skills + Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously + Highly motivated to succeed in a team environment + Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word, as well as Argus/Dyna software highly preferred Compensation + Salary type: Non-Exempt + Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly + Hourly Compensation: $22.50 Benefit Information + Competitive compensation + Medical, Dental and Vision beginning day 1 + 401(k) Company matching + 401(k) Vests on Day 1 + Career development programs + Charitable donation matching + Generous paid time off (i.e., vacation, personal holidays, paid sick time) + Paid Volunteer Hours + Paid Parental Leave + Family planning assistance including IVF, surrogacy, and adoption options + Wellness and mental health resources + Pet insurance offering + Childcare Assistance + Commuter benefits + A culture on our values of Act with Integrity, Build Mutual Trust, Take Initiative and Win Together.
