Asset Coordinator II
 BGIS is currently seeking an Asset Coordinator II to join the team Remote, US.   BGIS is a leading provider of integrated real estate management services, including facilities management, project management, energy & sustainability services, strategic workplace consulting, real estate services and capital planning. The team is dedicated to inspiring better business performance and helping clients focus on their core businesses.    The Asset Coordinator II monitors, tracks, and researches the hardware lifecycle management in the data center, colocation, and international office space. Key job activities include QA and QC of eForms, SOX Recon Processing, authoring of Asset Lifecycle Management Standards and Procedure documents, and training in all facets of Asset Lifecycle Management.  The Asset Coordinator II demonstrates BGIS values in communications with clients and other team members.   KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES  

Asset Coordination Activities

Collaborate cross functionally with internal and external teams to verify and confirm details pertaining to asset definition, accuracy of orders, quotes, pricing, and asset tagging requirements.  Track orders of procured hardware to ensure timely delivery to global locations.  Plan and support physical audit projects for data validation.  Analyze asset database repository to identify and correct inaccurate asset data.  Coordinate and perform disposal related tasks associated with retired and tech refresh hardware assets.  Perform SOX Recon processing:  research the data errors SAP to ServiceNow, and ServiceNow to SAP Assist with training of Asset Coordinator I team members. Assist Supply Chain Coordinator. Function as backup for Lead Asset Lifecycle Management Coordinator. Contribute to the completion of other key initiatives as assigned. 

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

Associate Degree in Business, Computer Technology/IT, or related field or equivalent work experience.  Minimum four years of relevant experience in the technology space.  Experience in purchasing, logistics planning and inventory management.  Data Center Asset Lifecycle Management or logistics background.  Finance/accounting experience with understanding of accounting categorization.  Excellent verbal and written communication.  Ability to complete work independently and contribute to teamwork efforts.  Familiarity with tools such as Ariba, Jira, SAP, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.  Ability to navigate Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Experience and understanding in procedure and process (authoring, reviewing, approving, and executing).

The hourly range for this position in the US is $35-$36. 

A candidate’s salary offer is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, education, certifications, licenses, and location.
