Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Asset Coordinator to join our team in Seattle, WA. This long-term contract position requires someone with strong administrative skills and a background in asset management, office functions, and facility oversight. The ideal candidate will excel in handling multiple responsibilities, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting various business processes.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and oversee asset management processes, including tracking, documentation, and reporting.
• Provide administrative support for office functions, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Assist with onboarding activities, such as preparing materials and ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
• Manage facility-related tasks, including maintenance coordination and security oversight.
• Handle expense reporting and budget tracking, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, to create reports and manage communications.
• Plan and organize travel arrangements and itineraries for stakeholders as needed.
• Collaborate with warehouse management to ensure proper inventory control and asset allocation.
• Maintain confidentiality while managing sensitive information and business processes.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding asset-related inquiries.
Requirements • Proven experience in asset coordination, office administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of budget processes, expense reporting, and documentation standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
• Familiarity with security protocols, facility management, and warehouse operations.
