About the Role
Airswift is seeking a Carbon Portfolio & Compliance Analyst to support our client, Select Carbon, in managing and reporting on Australian Carbon Credit Units (ACCUs). This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial mindset, analytical skills, and a passion for climate action and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities
Present ACCU forecasting data to leadership and stakeholders in a clear and actionable format Coordinate reporting on project and portfolio performance, including forward abatement estimates and contract delivery Collaborate with finance, legal, and commercial teams to assess and communicate project performance Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, methodologies, and regulatory frameworks Support ACCU supply and delivery processes, including agency sales Contribute to risk mitigation strategies, process improvements, and business growth initiatives Advise on integration of new projects into existing workflows or the development of new workstreams Represent Select Carbon in engagements with external stakeholders, including project proponents and the Clean Energy Regulator Apply knowledge of carbon and climate policy to align business operations with external expectationsWhat We’re Looking For
Tertiary qualifications in Law, Commerce, Management, or a related discipline Strong written and verbal communication skills, including basic drafting ability Commercial awareness and analytical thinking Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams Genuine interest in sustainability, agriculture, and climate actionAbout the Role
