As part of our company´s growth, ARROW Morocco is strengthening its teams and is looking for an Asset Associate Manager.

We have currently a team in Casablanca where the atmosphere is friendly, sociable and positive. If you speak English and you like to work with other people - this might be something for you!

What You Will Be Doing at Arrow?

Analyze, develop and execute inventory plans, product life cycles, new technologies, performance standards and improvements based upon established goals and periodic status reports.

Manage staff – employee development, hiring, firing, performance reviews. Establish and maintain current purchasing and inventory processes to provide seamless service. Participate in the development and execution of an asset and inventory business plan.

Analyze risks and opportunities from emerging products and channel trends and seize segment opportunities per plan.

Create a professional working relationship with the supplier and internal service providers to gain market share.

Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.

Decisions are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance from senior manager.

Provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.

What Are We Looking For?

Advance level of English.

At least 2 years of Customer Service, Order Management or Sales experience.

At least 2 years as a people´s manager.

Good knowledge of MS Office, Excel required.

Analytical skills.

Accountability.

Communication and coordination skills.

Customer-oriented attitude.
