Position:Asset Associate I
Job Description:

What You’ll Be Doing:

The Asset Associate will be doing purchasing activities for Memory suppliers while keeping healthy inventory levels.Responsible for fulfilling purchase orders and managing backlog.Expedite factory purchase orders to meet customer open order demands.Match open orders to customer backlog and make requested schedule changes.Maintain manual bonds for non-e- compass accounts.Send requests for corporate allocations for backlog. Expedite backlog.Bond maintenance—at the direction of the material planner.Manage consignment billings and sure ships as well as EDI ship- complete of released orders.

What We Are Looking For:

1-3 years of purchasing experience, ideally in the electronic components/manufacturing industry.Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft ExcelExcellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English

Even Better if You Have:

Experience with ERPs: Oracle (preferred).

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days from home

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:$18,508.33 - $24,000.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
