**Position:** Buyer Associate I **Job Description:** **What You’ll Be Doing:** + The Asset Associate will be doing purchasing activities for Memory suppliers while keeping healthy inventory levels. + Responsible for fulfilling purchase orders and managing backlog. + Expedite factory purchase orders to meet customer open order demands. + Match open orders to customer backlog and make requested schedule changes. + Maintain manual bonds for non-e- compass accounts. + Send requests for corporate allocations for backlog. Expedite backlog. + Bond maintenance—at the direction of the material planner. + Manage consignment billings and sure ships as well as EDI ship- complete of released orders. **What We Are Looking For:** + 1-3 years of purchasing experience, ideally in the electronic components/manufacturing industry. + Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel + Excellent verbal and written communications skills; must be fluent in English **Even Better if You Have:** + Experience with ERPs: Oracle (preferred). **Work Arrangement:** + Hybrid: 3 days in office / 2 days from home **What’s In It For You:** At Arrow, we recognize that financial rewards and great benefits are important aspects of an ideal job.
