Profissionalizar a rede de revendas por meio de assessoria em gestão de pessoas, treinamentos, gestão financeira e de ponto de venda (PDV), vendas, marketing, estratégia de atuação em mercados-alvo e análise de resultados. - Sede da vaga: Maceió - Alagoas. - Disponibilidade para viagens: até 60% **O que vai fazer** + Atuar e prestar assessoria aos revendedores visando atingir os objetivos de vendas, lucratividade, expansão dos negócios, presença da marca e participação nos mercados-alvo (TMS). + Identificar tendências de mercado e ações da concorrência que gerem oportunidades, elaborando planos e/ou ações para o fortalecimento dos negócios, sempre com foco no _sell out_ dos nossos produtos nos canais de varejo e atacado. + Sugerir, coordenar e executar com assertividade e planejamento atividades no varejo e atacado com foco em _sell out_ , em conjunto com o revendedor. + Identificar oportunidades e realizar treinamentos para as equipes internas e externas dos revendedores. + Manter atualizado o cadastro da rede de revendas e da concorrência (Geomarketing), levantamento de preços, estratégias comerciais, lançamentos, garantias e ações de marketing. **O que procuramos** + Experiência mínima de 4 anos na área de vendas. + Graduação em: Administração, Economia, Marketing, Engenharia (Mecânica, Elétrica, Mecatrônica), Ciências Contábeis. + Pós-graduação e inglês intermediário desejável **O que o diferenciará** + Boa comunicação e dinamismo + Conhecimentos em informática e conhecimento técnico + Domínio dos processos e rotinas de vendas + Técnicas de negociação e cursos na área de treinamento em vendas (nível básico e intermediário) + Cálculos financeiros.
