Job Summary
The Assessment Referral Coordinator supports patient care by coordinating referrals, authorizations, and follow-up appointments in collaboration with physicians and other care team members. This role ensures timely scheduling, accurate documentation, and clear communication with patients to facilitate continued access to services and high-quality care.

Associate Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field preferred0-2 years of experience in a healthcare administrative or referral coordination role requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
