What are your responsibilities?

工作职责

•  Assist in operating basic production equipment and help to adjust fixtures and tools for standard tasks.

协助操作基础生产设备，并帮助调整夹具和工具完成标准作业。

•  Support the maintenance of production equipment as directed by supervisors.

按照主管指导协助生产设备的维护工作。

•  Learn to monitor the operation status of tools and fixtures, assist in basic calibration and adjustment tasks according to technical documentation.

学习监控工具和夹具的运行状态，并根据技术文档协助进行基础校准和调整任务。

•  Participate in training sessions to gain skills necessary for independent work.

参加培训课程，逐步获取独立工作所需的技能。

•  Assist in routine sample production and testing of new products, technologies, or materials under guidance.

在指导下协助进行标准样品的生产，以及对新产品、新技术或新材料的测试工作。

•  Help to handle products that do not meet specifications.

协助处理不符合规格的产品。

What do you need to qualify for this job?

岗位要求

•  Technician Training School or above, major in mechanical, electronic, railway related etc. 

技工学校或以上学历，机械、电子、铁路等相关专业毕业。

•  1~2 years related working experience or fresh graduate. 

1~2年相关工作经验或新毕业的学生。

•  Good communication skills, teamwork and collaboration. 

良好的沟通技巧, 团队精神和协作能力。
