About the Role
As an Assembly & Test Technician, you’ll conduct standard testing procedures on various equipment, record and analyze results, and support quality assurance efforts. You’ll work under direct supervision and gain valuable experience in a structured, safety-focused environment.

What You’ll Do

Perform standard testing procedures on equipment and components

Record and analyze test results for accuracy and compliance

Use industry-specific testing tools and follow established protocols

Support data collection and reporting for engineering and quality teams

Work safely around moderate machinery and equipment

Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts) as needed

What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field

0–2 years of experience in testing or a related area

Familiarity with standard testing practices and equipment

Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and perform physical tasks safely

Preferred Attributes:

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting

Willingness to learn and grow in a technical environment

Pay Rate: $20.50/hr

Shift: 2nd Shift

Bonus Opportunity: Up to $3,000 through our Subco Bonus Program

$1,000 at 14 days with perfect attendance

$1,000 at 60 days

$1,000 at 90 days

Pay Details: $20.50 per hour
