Key Responsibilities: • Assembly Operation: Perform assembly tasks, including component placement, soldering, and product testing. • Quality Control: Monitor the assembly process and perform quality inspections to ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards. • Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues or product malfunctions in a timely manner to minimize downtime. • Maintenance: Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of assembly equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity. • Documentation: Maintain accurate production records, including assembly instructions, quality reports, and test results. • Collaboration: Work closely with the production team and engineers to enhance processes and improve overall efficiency. • Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety practices and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
