An assembly technician is a key player in the production process. They assemble components or products to be sold as finished goods.

Responsibilities:
Reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications to understand the assembly process
Assembling components and parts in accordance with the design specifications ... Using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and machinery to perform assembly tasks
Performing quality checks to ensure that the assembled product meets the quality standards as it goes through every phase of assembly
Troubleshooting and resolving assembly issues by identifying the root cause and notifying supervisors/management of issue(s)
Collaborating with our team to improve the assembly process
Documenting and reporting any product assembly issues or deviations from the standard process
Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and safe work environment
Properly filling out paperwork and documenting materials used per project

Working hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Skills:
Millwork, CNC, Waterjet, machining experience a PLUS

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
Proven work experience as an Assembly Technician or similar role
Good hand-eye coordination to construct small parts and pieces into finished products
The ability to use various hand tools to produce a final product
Ability to follow instructions and diagrams as delivered for each product
High school diploma or GED required
Attention to detail
Ability to accurately read a tape measure
