**Job Title:** **Assembler** **About the Role** **As Assembler** , you’ll play a key role in building high-quality products that meet customer specifications and company standards. Working under the guidance of production supervision, you’ll contribute to a culture of excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement while following established policies and procedures. **What You’ll Do** + Assemble products according to engineering documentation, ensuring top quality and on-time delivery. + Use computer systems to check schedules and update job status. + Perform Go/No-Go testing per established procedures. + Monitor and maintain quality standards for all parts during assembly. + Assist with training team members and resolving assembly-related issues. + Handle materials as needed to support production flow. + Recommend process improvements to enhance productivity and quality. + Communicate effectively with engineering teams to relay accurate information. + Complete all required documentation, records, and reject tickets. + Actively participate in team meetings and discussions. + Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work area. **What You Bring** + High School diploma or equivalent. + Up to 2 years of assembly experience. + Strong ability to follow detailed written and verbal instructions. + Problem-solving skills for standardized situations. **Preferred:** + Experience assembling electrical propulsion systems and drive train units for railcars or industrial applications. **Why You’ll Love Working Here** Join a **global leader in engineering** specializing in electrification, robotics, automation, and motion.
