Assembly Technician
**Job Title: Clean Room Assembler** **Job Description** The Clean Room Assembler is responsible for assembling product parts on the assembly line in accordance with production guidelines. The role involves performing spot checks to ensure product quality and adherence to approved standards. The assembler must notify management of any product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions, adhere to company policies and safety regulations, wear personal protective equipment as required, and perform other related duties as assigned. **Responsibilities** + Assemble product parts on the assembly line according to production guidelines. + Perform spot checks on products to ensure quality standards are met. + Notify management of any product discrepancies or equipment malfunctions. + Adhere to established company policies and safety regulations. + Wear personal protective equipment in accordance with training guidelines. + Perform other related duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in assembly within a clean room environment. + Experience working with microscopes and hand tools. + Knowledge of production and medical assembly processes. + Familiarity with medical devices and inspection procedures. + Experience working under a microscope and soldering. + Comfortable using tweezers, cutters, wire strippers, and adhesives. + Strong attention to detail and mechanical assembly skills. + Hand dexterity and ability to follow work instructions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Written communication skills. + Physical dexterity. + Reading skills. + Time management. + Mechanical skills. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a supportive and flexible work environment that values safety and quality.
