**Job Title: Assembly Technician** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the assembly of electrical control panels, ensuring they meet customer specifications and quality standards. This role requires expertise in control panel assembly, testing, and documentation, as well as the ability to mentor junior team members. **Responsibilities** + Assemble electrical control panels according to customer orders. + Wire panels and wire devices such as switches, meters, analyzers, and transmitters. + Maintain U.L. and other quality control files. + Layout components in various size cabinets. + Mentor junior members of the team. + Assume lead role on customer projects when necessary. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of a High School Education; Technical Certificate in Electrical Controls is desired. + 3+ years of experience in control panel building and wiring. + Proficiency in reading schematics and electrical diagrams. + Experience using hand tools for drilling, tapping, and assembling electrical panels. + Ability to work independently and within a team. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Quality Assurance experience. + IPC certification and training is a plus. + Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. + Experience with ladder logic schematics. **Why Work Here?** Join a dynamic team of over 50 automation professionals dedicated to innovation in machine control solutions.
