Position Summary:

The role of Operations Support Associate is an integral part of Xometry’s on-site product builds and requires an individual with solid experience with electro-mechanical assembly and testing completed assemblies.  

Responsibilities:

Mechanical builds of subassemblies & final assemblies Testing subassemblies & final assemblies Read & interpret both assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, & engineering documents  Proactively identify and help address issues with the appropriate groups to assure a smooth & orderly production schedule Become an active member of Process Improvement Teams Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School Diploma  5+ years of experience in a similar manufacturing environment Ability to interpret wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings Basic metal working/machine shop skills, and/or basic PCA (Printed Circuit Assembly) rework and wire soldering skills desired but not required
