Responsible for assembling extrusion frames, performing electro-mechanical assembly, and ensuring quality production to meet specified standards.

Qualifications:

Experience in mechanical assembly of extrusion frames Familiarity with electro-mechanical assembly using proper grounding techniques Ability to follow detailed work instructions for repetitive assembly tasks Experience with hand tools such as screwdrivers, hex keys, drills, saws, tape measures, and fixtures Willingness to work overtime as needed

Preferred Skills:

Experience with visual inspection and checklist-based quality checks Aptitude for cross-functional training to improve takt time Experience in assembling large subassemblies into final assemblies

Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical assembly of extrusion frames Conduct minimal electro-mechanical assembly using proper grounding techniques Follow work instructions to complete repetitive assembly operations Ensure product quality meets specified time standards Perform in-process checks using visual inspection and checklists Coordinate with teammates to integrate large subassemblies for final assembly

Pay Details: $15.00 to $20.00 per hour
