Seeking Assembly Technician to assemble products and components per specifications and documentation in a production environment.
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED
6+ months assembly or manufacturing experience
Ability to read and interpret work instructions, drawings, and bills of materials
Basic proficiency with hand and power tools, fixtures, and measurement devices (e.g., calipers, gauges)
Ability to follow ESD, safety, and quality procedures
Ability to lift/move parts and stand for extended periods
Preferred Skills
Experience in standardized work and basic lean/5S practices
Familiarity with basic electrical/mechanical test equipment
Experience with ERP travelers and recording production data
Basic computer skills for work instruction viewing and data entry
Responsibilities
Read, interpret, and follow assembly instructions and documentation
Assemble products, parts, or components accurately and efficiently
Move completed assemblies to subsequent manufacturing stages
Keep workstations clean, organized, and stocked with required tools, parts, and equipment
Maintain and store tools, test equipment, and documentation properly
Assist in developing and improving test instructions and assembly processes
Adhere to safety standards, ESD controls, and production guidelines
Pay Details: $18.00 to $25.00 per hour
