Responsibilities include:setting up and operating all equipment in the department assembling and disassembling equipmentpracticing strict sanitation and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)  to ensure food safe products are being manufacturedgathering, prepping, and weighing raw materialscalculating daily production needsforecasting inventory of raw materials providing timely and accurate communication to other support areas concerning production needs accurately completing all paperwork required by the position andother duties as assigned.
