We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assembly Supervisor to join our team at our distribution center in Southaven, MS. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing inventory functions of the assembly department. Your primary focus will be on managing incoming materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring timely replenishment to support production requirements. You will work closely with the production team, suppliers, and other stakeholders to optimize assembly operations and maximize efficiency.

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED Proven experience in a supervisory role within an assembly or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of inbound and inventory management principles, procedures, and best practices. Proficiency in using ERP systems, such as SAP, for inventory management and replenishment. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach a team. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external suppliers. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus. Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

The pay range for this position is $49,350 - $84,600 annually. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
