Assembly Process Engineer

As our new Assembly Process Engineer, you’ll play a key role in setting up and optimizing assembly operations for new and existing products. You’ll collaborate with local and global teams to establish efficient, safe, and innovative processes that strengthen our production capabilities and support Danfoss’ sustainable growth.
Your impact? You’ll drive process excellence, ensure on-time project delivery, and contribute directly to the company’s operational and innovation goals.

What You’ll Be Doing Define, maintain, and continuously improve product assembly and end-of-line (EOL) testing processes Lead the upgrade and optimization of assembly lines and test stands with focus on Poka-Yoke systems, tact time, safety, and test plans Support development engineers by implementing advanced manufacturing methods such as Design for Assembly. Create and maintain process documentation (process flows, PFMEA, control plans) for both ongoing and new projects. Cooperate with cross-functional and global teams to ensure smooth project execution and process standardization. What We're Looking For University degree in mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic engineering. Experience with assembly process principles, line balancing, and MES/SIT systems. Proficiency in quality tools and process documentation (PFMEA, MSA, Control Plans). Knowledge of hydraulic systems and components is an advantage A mindset focused on continuous improvement, collaboration, and safety. What You'll Get from Us
